The layout includes a hallway, bathroom, kitchen, and three individual rooms, each furnished and available for separate rental. The largest room features access to a private balcony of approximately 6 m2. Each room is equipped with a 1,40x2,00m bed with boxes to store stuff, a desk with chair, bin and lamp and a wardrobe. Additionally, a full bed linen set and bed equipment is provided. The largest room has additional storage space attached to the wall and a small shelf, where a TV could fit.
