Our coliving is a stunning rooftop terrace apartment, newly renovated in 2022, offering a perfect blend of modern comfort and open, airy spaces. Filled with natural light, the apartment features high ceilings and spacious rooms designed to maximize comfort. With four thoughtfully arranged rooms and two shared bathrooms, Lea provides a well-balanced layout for privacy and convenience. Rooms 2 and 3 have exclusive access to one shared bathroom, while Rooms 1 and 4 share the other.
The shared living area is a highlight of the apartment, opening onto a private rooftop terrace perfect for social gatherings or quiet relaxation. The terrace is equipped with a grill, ideal for outdoor dining with friends, and offers a panoramic view of the city. Inside, the common area includes a stylish mezzanine, creating a sense of openness and providing a cozy lofted space for lounging or working.
Fully furnished and thoughtfully equipped, Lea is ready for you to settle in with ease, offering both a vibrant shared atmosphere and comfortable private retreats.

A deposit of 1,150€ is required for all our German units. Please note that the membership fee is already included in this deposit amount.
Wedding known as ‘Ved-ding’ is one of Berlin’s trendiest districts. In the past, it was known as the Red Wedding with the working-class living there much more than now. Today, it’s away from all the hustle and bustle offering a relaxing space for guests. This district is home to many stylish bars, interesting art galleries, restaurants, and clubs. The wedding district is located in northwest Berlin which belongs to Mitte borough.
