We are a family of five, including three grown children, all students: a 21-year-old son studying in Bordeaux and 18-year-old twin daughters studying in Besançon. We rent out a 15m² room in a lovely house in Besançon, in the Butte district, for any length of stay: one night, a weekend, a few days, several weeks, or several months. The room is very well located: a 10-minute walk from the city center, close to the university, public transport, and shops including a bakery, Lidl, Biocoop, Aldi, Action, a butcher, and a gym. The room has a lock, is very bright (one window and two skylights), and has its own private bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. It is equipped with a desk, ample storage, a fan, a refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle, dishes, and Wi-Fi access. A kitchen and washing machine are available for longer stays. Ideal location for tourists, students or business trips.
Room with lock and key, located on the 2nd and top floor. Very comfortable, high-quality mattress.

Storage furniture, desk and chair. Private bathroom (toilet, shower, sink). Refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and dishes.
