Located in a central area in the heart of Bielefeld, this beautiful and cozy top-floor apartment awaits you.
Ideally suited for 2 to a maximum of 4 people (plus 1 child), this bright 3.5-room apartment with an additional storage room offers a stylish and comfortable temporary home!
Lovingly modernized and energy-efficiently renovated, the apartment features a daylight bathroom with tiles from Spain, modern country-style doors, light gray vinyl flooring. A loft-style sliding door to the living room creates a sense of spaciousness.
Enjoy cozy cooking evenings in the well-equipped kitchen – basic supplies such as salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee pods, and tea are provided.
For restful sleep, you’ll find two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, as well as a walk-in dressing room with an additional small mattress. Both bedrooms can be darkened for a better night's sleep.
In the inviting living room, a small workspace and an internet-enabled smart TV make working from home comfortable and effective.
The offer is rounded off by a shared laundry room with a washer-dryer dedicated to the apartment. Laundry detergent is included in the welcome set, as well as a parking space – a definite plus in such a central location.
Note: The base rate covers occupancy by 2 people, including utility costs as a lump sum which will not be billed separately. For each additional person, there is a surcharge of €30 per month. Towels/ Bedding are charged at move-in with 30 EUR/ Person.

The apartment is located in a mixed-use residential and commercial building in a lively part of Bielefeld, just 4.5 km from the city center (“Jahnplatz”) and only 3.5 km from Bielefeld’s main train station. The international company Schüco is also within walking distance.
Even without a car, you have excellent public transport access thanks to nearby bus and tram stops!
Tip: Tram line 2 ("Ziegelstraße") is just a 5-minute walk away, and a bus line also stops close to the property.
Recreation:
Just a short walk from the apartment are Petripark and the Heeper Fichten forest – both perfect for relaxing, jogging, or leisurely walks.
Shopping & More:
McDonald's, Burger King, various snack bars, banks, pharmacies, the Combi supermarket, and other shops for daily needs are all within walking distance!
