The neighborhood is located just east of the city center and is easily accessible by public transportation. The main artery of the neighborhood is Avenida de Sabino Arana, which is lined with shops, restaurants, and cafes. There are also several parks and green spaces, including the Parque de Doña Casilda Iturrizar and the Parque de la Casilla. Close to a number of popular bars and clubs, making it a great place to go out for a night on the town. There are also several museums and art galleries in the area, including the Museo de Bellas Artes de Bilbao and the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao.
