This beautiful 100sqm apartment is located on the first floor and basement and has its own entrance. Ruhr-Uni, Biomedizin Zentrum and Uni Center as well as the public transport are within walking distance.
Quiet location on the edge of the forest, ideal highway access. On the first floor is the cozy kitchen with counter, bathroom, the light-flooded dining room gallery with balcony, 1 bedroom with a 180x200cm bed and 1 single bed, 1 bedroom 180x200cm with private shower room. In the basement is the living room and the terrace.
The apartment is rather a "house in the house". Through a separate entrance you enter the hallway. Here you will find the possibility to store jackets and shoes.
Continue into the large hallway with the open country-style kitchen, which is a bit older but fully functional. Here you will find a stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and oven and of course reasonable pots and accessories. Sitting at the counter it is comfortable to watch cooking :)
Adjacent is the large bedroom with a 180x200cm bed and a single bed 90x200cm including clothes rail.
To the rear is the home office corner and the 2nd bedroom also equipped with a 180x200cm bed and clothes rail. Here is a small shower room and access to the balcony connected. The bathroom with shower tub can be found next to the kitchen. The washing machine is located behind the rattan door. Also to the rear you will find the gallery with dining table and chairs for 6persons and another access to the balcony. From the gallery down the stairs to the living room, equipped with a sofa bed and TV. From here you reach the terrace where you can wonderfully end the day. The terrace is open to the garden.
The entire apartment including balcony and terrace are at your disposal for a pleasant stay.
