The travel time by car in Bochum city center (Bergmannsheil, Augusta Hospital, Josephs-Hospital, etc.) is about 15 minutes.
Traffic connection to the freeway in only 10 minutes.
Schools (elementary school, secondary schools such as secondary modern school, comprehensive school, grammar school), kindergartens, doctors, physiotherapists, etc. are all within walking distance.
