Spazioso appartamento situato in pieno centro storico, nella graziosa piazza San Martino, comoda a molte facoltà universitarie e alle principali attrazioni del centro storico. Si compone di ingresso su zona giorno con divano e tavolo da pranzo, cucina attrezzata e lavanderia con lavatoio e lavatrice. Camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e letto singolo "a scomparsa", bagno con doccia. Internet wifi illimitato.
L'appartamento sarà dotato di asciugamani e lenzuola.
Tutte le bollette sono comprese nel prezzo mensile (luce, gas, internet wifi illimitato, acqua, tassa sui rifiuti, flat bill) ma nel contratto metteremo un tetto massimo (generalmente 200-250€/mese) per evitare sprechi di energia e consumi eccessivi.
