- The apartment is located on the ground floor, but inside there are stairs that are the only way to reach the mezzanine room.
- Utilities are not included. Under the heading of "electricity" you will find the total amount excluded and to be paid separately for the entire supply.
- For registering the contract with the IRS, there will be a sum to be paid.
The sum will correspond to 2% of the entire stay and will be divided in half between tenant and landlord (the 16.00 revenue stamp to be paid by the tenant should also be considered).
- Please note that the deposit is due before the tenant takes over.
