Varcando la porta di ingresso ci si trova nella zona giorno composta da un angolo cottura attrezzato con frigo, lavastoviglie, macchina per il caffè, forno elettrico e piano cottura ad induzione. Troviamo poi un tavolo e un divano di fronte al quale si trova una smart tv con schermo piatto. Troviamo poi la camera da letto dotata di un confortevole letto matrimoniale, armadio e ripostiglio con lavatrice. In bagno invece è presente un bidet e un box doccia.
L'appartamento si trova in una posizione strategica di Bologna; il centro storico, la stazione e la fiera sono a meno di 1 km di distanza ed essendo una zona molto servita, possono essere raggiunti in autobus o con una piacevole passeggiata. La zona è anche fornita di bar e supermercati.

Elegant and modern two-room apartment located on the first floor (no elevator) a few minutes from the center of Bologna.
Crossing the entrance door you find yourself in the living area consisting of a kitchenette equipped with fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric oven and induction hob. We then find a table and a sofa in front of which is a smart flat screen TV. We find the bedroom with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe and closet with washing machine. In the bathroom there is a bidet and a shower.
The apartment is located in a strategic position of Bologna; the historic center, the station and the fair are less than 1 km away and being a very served area, can be reached by bus or with a pleasant walk. The area is also equipped with bars and supermarkets.
