Elegante e moderno bilocale situato al piano terra in pieno centro a Bologna.
L'accogliente ingresso si apre su un corridoio da cui si accede alla zona notte, in cui troviamo un comodo letto matrimoniale, e alla zona living in cui è presente un tavolo con sedie. In cucina troviamo invece un angolo cottura con fornelli a induzione e tutti gli elettrodomestici principali (frigo, macchina per il caffè, forno, lavastoviglie, bollitore). Sono presenti inoltre due bagni, di cui uno in camera, che dispongono di doccia, bidet, lavatrice e asciugatrice.
La zona in cui si trova l'appartamento è centralissima e fornita di tutti i servizi principali. A pochi passi dall'appartamento troviamo diverse fermate dell'autobus che collegano l'appartamento al resto della città.

Elegant and modern two-room apartment located on the ground floor in the center of Bologna.
The cozy entrance opens onto a corridor from which you access to the sleeping area, where we find a comfortable double bed, and the living area where there is a table with chairs. In the kitchen there is a kitchenette with induction stove and all the main appliances (fridge, coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, kettle). There are also two bathrooms, one in the room, which have a shower, bidet, washing machine and dryer.
The area where the apartment is located is very central and equipped with all the main services. A few steps from the apartment there are several bus stops that connect the apartment to the rest of the city.
