The fully equipped kitchen, the modern bathroom, the unlimited wifi and the various accessories will allow you to spend comfortable stays in Bologna. Towels and bed linen included.
All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 200-250€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges.
