Nice studio apartment with balcony, in the heart of the historic center of the beautiful city of Bologna and a stone's throw from the clubs on Via del Pratello.
The house is located on the first floor of a building without a lift, and is spread over a single room where all the comforts are present to guarantee our guests a pleasant stay.
Once you enter the entrance, on the left is the kitchenette equipped with a microwave, kettle and coffee machine. On the right there is the dining table and a shelf unit where you can store your objects.
Next, positioned exactly in front of a piece of furniture with a television, there is a comfortable double bed with an adjoining very spacious wardrobe. Finally, a bathroom with shower, washing machine and balcony completes the layout.
During their stay our guests will be able to use the wifi connection, air conditioning and, if necessary, heating for free.
*The apartment is located in the ZTL area, we recommend leaving your car in one of the surrounding car parks and enjoying the historic center on foot.

Bologna, known as the "Dotta" as it is the seat of the oldest University of the West, the "Grassa" for its food and wine excellences and the "Red" color that characterizes the historic center, is a wonderful city of art, culture and commerce . Its soul lies in the medieval historic center which is among the largest in Europe and full of taverns, shops and theaters, characterized by almost 40 km of arcades. In the historic center there is Piazza Maggiore where the charm of the medieval buildings combines perfectly with modernity. Don't miss Giambologna's Neptune Fountain and the Medieval Towers, that of the Asinelli and the Garisenda, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in the numerous museums, galleries and religious buildings. It is impossible to leave Bologna without tasting its food and wine products, including mortadella, tortellini, Bolognese ragù accompanied by the well-known DOC wines of the Colli Bolognesi! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna is a city capable of surprising all year round.
The central train station is less than 4km away, while the airport can be reached by car in 15 minutes.
