The 120m2 apartment includes a fully-equipped kitchen where you can prepare tasty meals. You will be sharing the kitchen, the bathroom, and the living room with 4 other tenants. The apartment features 2 bathrooms—one with a bathtub and the other with a walk-in shower and a washing machine. The cozy living room offers a quiet space to unwind or spend quality time with friends after a long day 😎.

📍 About the area:
Located close to the city center, this property provides easy access to everything Bologna has to offer. Nearby, you'll find supermarkets like Coop, a pharmacy, and a variety of restaurants and bars. You can also enjoy visits to Biblioteca Corticella-Luigi Fabbri, Villa Torchi Park, and Parco di Via dei Giardini. A deposit is requested either in cash at check-in or within 3 WORKING days before the move-in date. In the latter case, to keep your reservation and avoid losing the first month's rent, you will need to show proof of the bank transfer within 3 working days of your move-in date.
After completing the booking, the tenant will sign a contract outlining the rights and obligations of both parties. This legally binding document will be the sole reference in case of any disputes.
