The costs of electricity, water and gas are calculated based on consumption and to be shared with the other tenants of the apartment. It is absolutely important to make a detailed video that will serve as an inventory. In the event of an early departure, before the contract is concluded, the security deposit will not be returned. Drying clothes in the rooms is not allowed because it causes humidity. Please note that in Bologna, it is mandatory to keep the heating in private homes below 19 degrees Celsius. We therefore recommend that all tenants use fleece sheets and blankets and wear clothing suitable for winter temperatures, even indoors. It is absolutely forbidden to bring bicycles and scooters into the room.
