For stays longer than 5 months, the security deposit will be equal to 3 months, for shorter periods equal to 2 months. In the case of two tenants in the same room, the deposit is doubled. It is absolutely important to make a detailed video that will serve as an inventory. In the event of an early departure, before the contract is concluded, the security deposit will not be returned. Drying clothes in the rooms is not allowed because it causes humidity. Please note that in Bologna, it is mandatory to keep the heating in private homes below 19 degrees Celsius. We therefore recommend that all tenants use fleece sheets and blankets and wear clothing suitable for winter temperatures, even indoors. It is absolutely forbidden to bring bicycles and scooters into the room.

The central university area of Via Zamboni, home to faculties such as humanities, economics, and law, is about 3–4 km away and is well connected by public transport, with travel times of about 15–25 minutes by bus or 10–15 minutes by bike.
The Sant’Orsola area, a key hub for medical studies, is also easily accessible. It is about 2.5–3 km away and can be reached in 10–15 minutes by bike.
