Following booking confirmation, completing a background credit check via a provided link is mandatory.
This applies to all occupants and individuals booking on behalf of an occupant.

Background Check & Documentation Requirements:
Evaluation of the credit profile is required.
Uploading tax documents to demonstrate the ability to pay rent regularly.
Achieving 2.5 times the rent amount for creditworthiness.
Up to 4 cumulative guarantors are allowed.
Payment summary
The owner requires :
1 - One month of additional administration costs : 670 euros.
2 - Security deposit : 1440 euros.
At the end of the contract, security deposit amount will be returned to you if the house complies with the previously agreed conditions.
The reservation will be considered null if the required verification processes with the owner are not passed.

Costs: CONTRACT OPENING COSTS: The contract registration fee will be divided between the tenant and the owner, and the stamp duty costs €16.00 will be borne by the tenant.
CONTRACT CLOSING COSTS: Fixed fee of €150.00 for termination (€67.00), cleaning at the beginning of the stay, and depreciation fund for painting.
