Two bed spaces are available in a recently renovated, spacious apartment.
This apartment features two double rooms and one single room, offering comfortable accommodation. Each bed space is offered at just 370 euros per month, covering all utilities such as electricity, water, gas, autonomous heating, condominium fees, bike parking, waste disposal tax, unlimited internet, and more.
Additionally, tenants will have access to a condominium parking space. A two-month security deposit is required.
The lease extends until August 31st, with the option to find a replacement tenant if needed.
Booking conditions:
1. 3 months' notice or identification of a replacement
2. The monthly fee includes a reimbursement (generally 70 euros per month) for the consumption of electricity, water, gas, heating, condominium, unlimited internet, waste tax, etc.
3. The expenses are included in the quarterly final balance with any debit or credit adjustment.
