Available for rent are spots in a double room within a spacious renovated apartment.
The apartment boasts two double rooms and one single room. Each spot in the double room costs 330 euros per month, covering all utilities such as electricity, water, gas, autonomous heating, condominium fees, bike parking, waste disposal tax, and unlimited internet.
A two-month security deposit is required.
The contract is valid until August 31st, with the flexibility to find a replacement if necessary—a hassle-free process in Bologna.
Booking conditions:
1. 3 months' notice or identification of a replacement
2. The monthly fee includes a reimbursement (generally 70 euros per month) for the consumption of electricity, water, gas, heating, condominium, unlimited internet, waste tax, etc.
3. The expenses are included in the quarterly final balance with any debit or credit adjustment.
