The apartment, situated on the fifth floor of a central building, offers breathtaking panoramic views and a strategic location to explore Bologna. Comprising an entrance hall, corridor, kitchen with attached room, two double rooms, and two single rooms, along with two bathrooms, it ensures ample and well-organized spaces for maximum tenant comfort.
The bed is available in one of the double rooms of the apartment, offering a shared yet comfortable environment for tenants. The cost of the bed in a double room is €350 all-inclusive, covering electricity, water, gas, heating, condominium fees, unlimited internet, elevator, waste tax, and much more.
To ensure the safety and tranquility of tenants, a security deposit equivalent to two months' rent is required. This deposit will be refunded upon departure, subject to inspection of the apartment's conditions.
Sharing the apartment with other roommates provides the opportunity to forge unique social bonds and connections, making daily life even more enjoyable and engaging. The presence of all services included in the bed cost ensures stress-free and worry-free cohabitation.
Booking conditions:
1. 3 months' notice or identification of a replacement
2. The monthly fee includes a reimbursement (generally 70 euros per month) for the consumption of electricity, water, gas, heating, condominium, unlimited internet, waste tax, etc.
3. The expenses are included in the quarterly final balance with any debit or credit adjustment.
