• double rooms (for two people)
• minimum stay until January 31, 2026
• no pets, no smoking in the room
• elevator, yes wifi, no air conditioning, shared outdoor area
• room key, kitchen utensils, no bed linen and towels.
For all accommodations the possible deadlines are:
1) January 31st
2) February 28th
3) August 31st.
The contract always provides for the possibility of leaving early by finding a replacement and for an extension from year to year
Booking conditions:
1. To reciede from the contract: 3 months' notice or identification of a replacement.
2. The extra bills includes a reimbursement (generally 70 euros per month) for the consumption of electricity, water, gas, heating, condominium, unlimited internet, waste tax, etc.
3. The expenses are included in the quarterly final balance with any debit or credit adjustment.
4. Contracts must always end on:
January 31st
February 28
August 31st
No other deadlines will be accepted
