The tidy bathroom features a bathtub, and a washing machine is also available in the bathroom. The sunny dining area is connected to the kitchen, and there’s an additional balcony overlooking the street.

📍 The apartment is located in a vibrant and well-connected neighborhood, just a few minutes away from the city center. Nearby, you’ll find everything you need, including shops like Coop, a pharmacy, banks, and a variety of restaurants and bars. Public transportation is also very convenient, with bus stops for routes 180, 14, 14N, 61, and 182.

You will have at your disposal an apartment manager to assist you in case there is an issue.

A deposit is requested either at check-in in cash or 3 WORKING days before the move-in date. In the latter case, in order to keep your reservation and not lose the first month's rent, you will need to show the advertiser a receipt of the bank transfer within 3 working days from the move-in date.
After completing the booking, the tenant will sign a contract that legally outlines the rights and obligations of both parties. This contract, specifically drafted for the booked accommodation, will be the sole legally binding document to be referred to in case of any disputes.
