This apartment is newly renovated,
which is located on the 4th floor, it is fully furnished with a brand new transferable sofa, hard wood designer desk, brand new kitchen and double bed, and more storage space. The beautiful room offers plenty of space for personal development and individual furnishings. The apartment has an elevator that takes you comfortably to the corresponding floor. The balcony can be turned into a second living room on sunny days.(currently the flooring tile is partially removed, will be fixed by the building soon) A fitted kitchen with wash machine, microwave, coffee machine, water boiler etc. for your convenience.
A parking space for your car is also available for rent.
The monthly rent is for a single occupancy, for an extra adult is 150 euro/ month more, 50 euro/ month more pro kid.
*For rental period less than 3 months, the monthly rent would be 100€ more than listed for compromising the platform commissions.
