move in only with a suitcase. It has a spacious living / bedroom, approx. 24m2 and a spacious separate new fitted kitchen with dining area and a spacious bathroom with shower. Weekly cleaning is available on request for a small fee. Plenty of free public parking spaces in front of and around the house. Use of the washing machine plus 4,00EURO per wash- For a 2nd person an additional cost of 150,00 Euro will be due.
Kitchen and bathroom are equipped with ventilation system New large leather sofa. New parquet and tiles floor. Garden and BBQ area for shared use. Non-smoking apartment, pets not allowed.
The north district of the city of Bonn has a very good infrastructure, motorway connections towards Frankfurt A3, Cologne A555 and A59, 5 minutes walk to the shopping center with shops such as Kaufland food and non-food, dm, Deichmann shoes, Kik textiles, Action household, ALDI, Penny, Edeka and other grocery stores for quick shopping, mobile phones and repairs, laundry, shoes repair, restaurants, fast food, drug stores, banks etc.
The tram and bus stops are hardly 5 walking minitues from the property. The Bonn central railway station and the city centre only 7 minitues away by tram.
