All daily necessities such as supermarkets, pharmacies and bakeries are within walking distance. You have a central connection to all means of public transport such as bus and train. The university is about 5 km away, Bonn's main railway station about 4 km, and it is only 1 km to the banks of the Rhine. Facilities: 140cm bed, dining table, TV armchair, 50 inch Fire TV, WLAN, large wardrobe new bathroom with large walk-in shower. Washing machine and dryer in the laundry room in (hidden)ment (coin operated). Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, extractor bonnet, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils etc. A private parking space is also included.
The indicated rent is all-inclusive for 1 person. If another person moves in, there is a surcharge of €50 per month.
