Rent includes:
Rent +200 EUR utility costs. The final rent includes everything:
Furniture, bedding, towels, Internet (Wi-Fi), rental contract, registration at the city office, heating, electricity, warm/ cold water, TV tax (Rundfunkbeitrag), insurance, management and maintenance services.
Minimum stay of three months to obtain the papers for registration (Anmeldung)
