This room is part of a charming, renovated house with 4 rooms, a shared kitchen, 3 bathrooms, laundry, garden, and a small terrace.
Your Room:
A furnished room of 15 sqm for one person, located on the third floor with a view to the garden. The bathroom is private.
Your room is equipped with a double bed (140x200cm), closet, desk, armchair, bedside table, bed linen, towels, drying rack, and everything you see at the pictures.
The House:
This shared house has 4 rooms and common areas on 200 sqm. Hall, kitchen and bathrooms are on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The back door leads from the kitchen to the terrace and the garden. The laundry with washing machine and a dry cleaner is in the basement.
This house has:
- 4 bedrooms (fully equipped incl. beddings and towels),
- 3 bathrooms,
- community Kitchen (fully equipped, dish washer),
- laundry (dry cleaner with a coin machine, washing machine free of charge!),
- small terrace and a garden.
The house is fully equipped and decorated with everything you need. You can simply arrive with your luggage and live in Bonn for a season in one of the most vibrant areas of the city.
The Rent includes:
Furniture, bedding, towels, Internet (Wi-Fi), rental contract, registration at the city office, heating, electricity, warm/ cold water, TV tax (Rundfunkbeitrag) and management and maintenance services.

Altstadt (old town) is a residential area known for its bars, cafés, and summer events. It is right next to the city centre with its public transport, shops, and restaurants.

This is a shared house. Common areas are used and shared among all tenants. You will make a cleaning schedule and keep common areas tidy. Help and repairs are provided if necessary.
