Ideally located, it's just a few minutes' walk from the Boulogne - Pont de Saint-Cloud metro station. This light-filled T2 apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 2 people. You'll love its bright, calm atmosphere and warm, modern ambience. Located on the 9th floor with elevator of a secure building with intercom and access code, the apartment also benefits from an Eiffel Tower view and a very pleasant living environment. All the shops you need for everyday life are at the foot of the building: Monoprix, bakeries, pharmacies, Picard and numerous convenience stores. The rent includes complimentary home insurance.

IMPORTANT: Your booking will be confirmed ONLY when you will sign the lease and pay agency fees plus a security deposit after reservation on Housinganywhere.
Agency fees will be 15% of the total rent, with a maximum amount of 1650 EUR for 12 months or less, and 8,5% of the total rent, with a maximum amount of 3300 EUR otherwise
The refundable security deposit will be 1650 EUR if your rental is for 5 months or less, and 3300 EUR otherwise.
If you want to pay the rent monthly, you will also have to provide documents such as payslips or tax notices showing that you or your guarantor can pay the monthly rent.
