Please note, you must transfer the deposit and admin fee to the landlord within 1 week once your request is confirmed through Uniplaces platform. Furthermore it’s mandatory to send the tenancy agreement together with requested documents (id/passport). - Contract is unlimited, Minimum rental period: 6 months, Notice period: 3 months (possible to the 15th or end of each month).
After your booking is accepted on Uniplaces, we will request the following documents for a guarantor:
- a copy of their passport
- a copy of their employment contract
- last 3 payslips
- postal address
- e-mail address and telephone number
We also accept professional guarantors such as SmartGarant or Garantme.
