The apartment is being rented for its first occupancy after a complete refurbishment and full furnishing. Everything is brand new, and the apartment is ready for immediate move-in.
The bright living room offers direct access to the sunny south-facing balcony with an open view of the surrounding greenery. A dedicated dining and workspace provides the perfect setting for both shared meals and working from home.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and all essential kitchen appliances for everyday use.
The quiet bedroom offers a comfortable retreat and is furnished with a large bed and a spacious wardrobe. The apartment also features a modern bathroom with a shower.
Additional storage is provided by a separate storage room inside the apartment as well as a private basement storage unit. A private parking space is located directly in front of the building on the property's private grounds.
The monthly all-inclusive rent is €1,430 and already covers all utilities, including electricity, gas, internet, and service charges. There are no additional monthly costs.
The minimum rental period is 3 months. Longer stays are very welcome and can be arranged flexibly.

The Technical University of Braunschweig is just a few minutes' walk away, making the apartment an ideal choice for professionals, visiting researchers, project staff, and students.
