Our offer provides a luxurious fully equipped accommodation for those who are looking for a cozy domicile in Braunschweig for a limited time and want to bring only the personal things:
Maisonette on the 3rd floor of a Wilhelminian building in close proximity to the university and the city center. Grocery stores are within walking distance.
On two floors you will find everything you need in this cozy and comfortably furnished apartment: small hallway with built-in wardrobe. From this it goes into the new bathroom with glass corner shower.
Living area with small dining set high quality sofa, armchair, desk, TV and Blu-Ray device, carpets, pillows, lamps, DVDs and everything that makes a room appealing and cozy.
Also available: a fully equipped kitchen.
Between the kitchen and the living room, a staircase (steep) leads to the upper floor: 1.60 meter wide bed with two single mattresses. Pillows, comforters, bedding, blankets, etc., closet. Chest of drawers, armchair.
You can rent the apartment by the month. The move-in takes place after agreement.
The apartment is located in the small street "Am Nordbahnhof". Directly opposite is the old Nordbahnhof, which is now operated as a cultural facility and a large park. Via the old "Ringgleis" running here, which has been rededicated to a great bike path, you can experience the city quite "green". So local recreation takes place right outside the door, whether jogging or picnicking, even an old telephone booth for exchanging books is right in front of the building. A private parking lot is available. Public transport is within walking distance in about 5 minutes. Shopping facilities are within walking distance as well as the TU-Braunschweig. The location is very quiet, as there are only four buildings in the street, but still very central. The building "in itself" is the original administrative building of the Wilhelminian Braunschweigische Landes-Eisenbahn-Gesellschaft and is built accordingly spacious. The spacious staircase and the hallways designed in "railroad carriage vaulted look" add to the charm of the building. The apartment is located in the attic, this corresponds to the third floor. There is no elevator. There are two other residential units on the floor.
