The apartment is equipped with exclusive and high-quality furniture such as bed/sofa, sideboard/desk/dining table (incl. 4 chairs), which can be converted as needed. Thus, no unnecessary living space is wasted and at the same time you do not have to sacrifice any comfort.
The LED lighting system can be switched multiple times as well as, for a cozy mood, dim.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, induction stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator including freezer compartment of Siemens and Bosch brands.
The shower room with rain shower and LED illuminated mirror cabinet complete the equipment of the apartment.
A separate lockable basement room, with its own power supply is also available.

The apartment is located in Bremen's Westend, vorderes Walle, in a simultaneously quiet neighborhood in the immediate vicinity of the popular Überseestadt.
The streetcars towards the city center and the university as well as the airport and the train station can be reached within a three-minute walk.
The neighborhood offers several localities, cafes, bars, ice cream parlors as well as shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity.
