Both bedrooms have access to the large, sunny balcony with far-reaching views. This is equipped with seating and a table. Smoking is also permitted here.
The flat is located in a newly renovated apartment block with three tenants.
The tram lines 2, 3, 10 and 20 can be reached in approx. 5 minutes on foot.
By bike along the beautiful cycle path along the Weser you can reach the "Schlachte" in 5 minutes and the "Viertel" in 10 minutes. Various restaurants, supermarkets, the Überseestadt and various hotels (e.g. Steigenberger Bremen) are just a 5-minute walk away.
The A-28 motorway is approx. 8 minutes away by car. A fitness centre is located on the opposite side of the street, another one can be reached on foot in 4 minutes. The Weser can be reached in approx. 6 minutes on foot.
