This flat could not be more ideally located. It is located in the heart of Bremen's Neustadt, just a few minutes' walk from the popular city centre with its numerous cafés, restaurants, boutiques and weekly market. With tram lines 6 and 8 and various bus lines (2 min. walk), it is also very well connected by public transport. The motorway can also be reached in a very short time. Shopping facilities are also in the immediate vicinity (e.g. REWE 5 minutes' walk).
The flat is on the mezzanine floor of an apartment building with a nice neighbourhood. It is very bright and wonderfully cut. It has a spacious room with an extendable dining table and sofa bed. A fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer combination, etc.) and the modern bathroom round off the flat perfectly. The flat is rented furnished. Parking is available in the courtyard.
Smoking is not permitted in the flat. Pets are also not allowed in the apartment.
