Below is some information about the brand new apartment at Piazzale Corvi, no. 12.
The apartment is located less than a 5-minute walk from the Ospedali Civili di Brescia! It is about a half-hour walk from the historic center and the main squares (Piazza della Loggia and Duomo Vecchio). However, it is only a 20-minute walk from the Accademia di Belle Arti Santa Giulia and a 19-minute bus ride from the Accademia LABA.
The apartment consists of: a Spacious Living Relax Room, a separate fully equipped kitchen, 7 Single Rooms, including 2 double rooms and two singles with a terrace, and 2 bathrooms.
The area is very well-served, with a renowned restaurant, Eden, just steps away, receiving excellent reviews. For fast food lovers, there's a Burger King 5 minutes away, while American Graffiti is 9 minutes away. There are also pizzerias like Italy Top Pizza and enticing pastry shops (Pasticceria Caffetteria Delizie e Sapori, and Pasticceria Rosticceria Siciliana Valle dei Templi). You will find restaurants and food stalls from all around the world!
A short walk from the apartment, there is a Conad, a Coop, and also a Carrefour, offering a wide selection of supermarkets.
In the nearby Piazzale Corvi, there is a bus stop for various lines that cross Brescia, with stops on via Pietro dal Monte, via Marconi, and via Cipani. The metro runs on via Marconi and in front of the Hospital.
The apartment is 15 minutes from the Brescia Train Station.
