Situato al secondo piano con ascensore, luminoso e molto spazioso. 130 mq di superficie. È composto da cucina abitabile, 2 ampi e nuovissimi bagni finestrati, 6 bellissime e moderne stanze singole. L'appartamento è ottimamente ristrutturato in funzione di tutto ciò che occorre ai nostri studenti. Dotato di WI-FI, lavatrice, cucina equipaggiata, 2 frigoriferi. Potrai inoltre contare su un team di professionisti che ha come obiettivo quello di farti vivere un’esperienza indimenticabile.

The apartment has been excellently renovated according to everything our students need. Equipped with WI-FI, washing machine, equipped kitchen, 2 refrigerators. We offer an ordinary maintenance service through a team of craftsmen who intervene on average within 24 hours.
