A large furnished bedroom with study desk, chair, closet, wardrobe and queen size bed is available in a spacious three-bedroom brick house located in Heritage street, Riverhills, a peaceful, safe, and beautiful suburb of Brisbane. The room has ceiling fan. The two living room spaces have air-conditioning. One living room has a 65" 4k TV.
You will share bathroom with one other guest. The property owner, a 39 y.o. male, has his own ensuite room. There is a super friendly cat in the property.
Gas cooking and two fridges are available in the modern kitchen.
About 5 min walk to bus stop, with frequent buses to local shops (5min to Park Village shopping center, 10min to Mount Ommaney shopping center route 454 and P455), city (about 45min with P455), and Darra train station (about 15min). If you have a car, it's around 25 min drive to city.
The place has some weights, a weight bench, a treadmill, a rowing machine, and some other basic exercise equipment, so a good option if you like to do some training without paying gym membership.
Car parks are available in the front yard and also side yard with a locked gate.
The house has a massive backyard with direct access to a parkland.
Bills including unlimited Superfast NBN internet (~150 Mbps), electricity, gas cooking, and water are included in the rent. I also have Netflix subscription and am happy to share it with you at no extra cost!
