Own washing machine. 15 minute walk to Garden City Shopping Centre or 10 mins to Mains Road bus stop which gets you to Griffith university in 5 minutes, University of Queensland in 15 minutes, the city in 15 minutes and QUT Kelvin Grove in 30-40 mins . Will suit those looking for a long stay in Brisbane. Minimum stay is 30 days. Previous guest moved out after 2.5years due to relocating for work.
