3 bedroom apartment located on the street Vančurova in Brno. Close to the property is the Military Hospital, the advantage is also good accessibility to Brno-center. Nearby is a bus stop Otakara Ševčíka with buses 44,74, 84 and night lines 89 and 98. Also you could use trams from the same station, the tram line 9. An advantage is good availability of public transport to the main train station, shopping lovers will definitely be interested into the shopping center Vaňkovka.
Three-room apartment is furnished in a modern style with dominance of wooden elements. In this flat we could find two separate rooms, a spacious living room, kitchen and bathroom with separate toilet. Larger separate room has 16 square meters and is equipped with wooden comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe with offering generous storage space for your clothes. Room has roof’s windows that brings in the room amazing daylight. A second smaller separate room could be use as an area for children, is equipped with two beds, workdesk and wardrobes. Again we coudl find here the roof’s windows, which makes the atmosphere of the apartment. The living room is connected with kitchen and dining area. Everything is decorated in a nice style with an emphasis on wood furniture. Comfortable seat with a living furniture wall and a large wooden table will be nice to use as the seating for the guests. The kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, large fridge with freezer, microwave and all basic kitchen equipment. The bathroom is renovated, the lovers of relaxing baths will be surely happy with the wonderful spacious bath. The toilet is separated from the bathroom. In the services is also include cable TV and WIFI. Pets and smoking are not permitted.
