Fully furnished one bedroom apartment situated at first floor. We do not organise visits
Fully furnished 65 sqm apartment with one bedroom. The bedroom has a twin beds (each 200 x 90 cm). The beds can be seperated and if requested it can be replaced by bunk beds. The apartment has a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove (gas), fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, blender, dishwasher and more. The apartment has both heating and air conditioning and is well isolated with double glazing. High speed internet, cable TV, TV stereo and home cinema system and laundry facilities are all available in the apartment.
The apartment is located in Ixelles. Ixelles is a neighborhood with character and style, wildly popular in the expatriate community. The apartment is at walking distance of the European Parliament and Shuman square. It is only a two-minute walk to the closest tram and bus stops.
The listed price is for a 12 months rent

The OTHER CHARGE OF 35€/MONTH IS the commune tax on furnished rentings
Beware : we do not allow "first residence" ou "residence principale". To avoid any ambiguity, please understand that you can only stay as a working professional or student. So there is no problem to registration at the commune at this address for professional purposes, or as student.
Keys are not handed over as long as the security deposit is not on our account, or handed over upon arrival, together with the first months charges. If you cannot provide proof of income, we ask double security deposit.
The apartment is available on the day of arrival at 4pm (till 6pm). If the conditions allow it, earlyer acces can be granted, but cannot be guaranteed.
