🗝️ Registration: Please note, registration at this address is only possible for individuals coming from abroad. You must have a principal residence outside of Belgium. This location can only serve as a secondary residence registration for professional or student purposes.
💰 Security Deposit: Keys are handed over once the security deposit and first month’s charges are received.
Keys are not handed over as long as the security deposit is not on our account, or handed over upon arrival, together with the first months charges. If you cannot provide proof of income, we ask double security deposit.
The apartment is available on the day of arrival at 4pm (till 6pm). If the conditions allow it, earlyer acces can be granted, but cannot be guaranteed.
