🔑 Check-in Procedure & Policies
To guarantee a smooth and efficient move-in process:
Check-in hours: Monday to Friday, between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM
Access conditions: Entry is granted only after:
Rental contract is signed
Deposit, first month’s rent, utilities, and check-in fee (€90) are fully paid
Required documents:
Valid ID or passport + residence permit
Scheduling:
Please confirm your arrival date and time as early as possible to coordinate with the inventory assessor.
Note: Fees for last-minute cancellations remain due.
Outside standard hours:
Check-in/check-out outside office hours (09:00–17:00), weekends, or public holidays is subject to availability and will incur a double check-in fee.
