The Dandár studio flat is a 35 sqm flat located in district 9, in the quiet and safe Dandár Park, located within Budapest’s most attractive development, near Boráros Square and Danube, a frequented center, trams 2 and 24 approachable within 5 minutes.
The flat is close to the Soroksári office corridor and international universities. The apartment has a modern kitchen with a dining area, a modern heating system with its own meter, air conditioning, and even a balcony facing to the west. The building has an inner garden with a playground, which is locked for the night, thus secure. The flat is fully equipped with a heater, and washing machine. The kitchen has all the necessary kitchen appliances, with a fridge, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment has a cozy and bright room with a double bed and a beautiful private balcony. Staying here will surely give a pleasant experience, especially for young couples or students. Optionally there is a parking place.
Our flats are rented without bed linen and duvet (except if we have agreed differently in particular conditions).
UTILITIES:
- All our apartments include a basic WIFI
- Utility costs will be based on consumption. We will provide a report on your consumption every month and based on that will depend on how much you have to pay for the utilities.
- Payment of utilities will be arranged monthly and we (the property manager) will pay the utility companies. The monthly service charge shown in the listing (33 EUR/ 12,500 HUF) is to cover the management of all utility contracts.
- Communal cost (tax for maintenance of building and shared areas): 16520 HUF p/m (approx. 45 EUR)
Breakdown of costs:
Rent 580 EUR monthly
Utility management fee and Communal Costs - 73 EUR monthly
Utilities - dependant on usage (approx. 50 EUR monthly per person)
Deposit 1160 EUR one off payment and refundable
Administration fee 300 EUR one off payment.
IMPORTANT:
- Our agency fee of 300 EUR is a one-time administration payment when you sign the contract.
- This apartment can be rented out by a group of students or working professionals. Please enquire once on behalf of the whole group and let us know how many people would like to rent it.
