The spacious home is located on the 1th floor in an imposing house from the year 1920 and serviced by lift,it was renovated and provided modern furniture for a comfy stay has a fully-equipped kitchen,a living room,a seperate dining room,2 bedroom on the lofts,as well as a bathroom.There are 2 big sofa and a comfy armchair in the living room,a glass table,a wall-mounted 50"LED TV.The ceramic fireplace presents a cosy atmosphere and pleasent warmth in winter time.The kitchen has new equippments,with a four-zone gas stove .an electric oven,a fridge with freezer,a microwave,an electric kettle and plenty of crockery, cutleries can enjoy your meals in the seperate dining room.The bathroom is providing a bath tub,a sink with mirror,a toilet,a hairdryer and even a wasching machine.Wooden stairs leads up to the lofts with 2 seperate bedrooms!Bedroom1 has a king size bed,bedroom2 has a double bed as well.Wifi connection can be used in the entire apartment.English channels are also available.There is working area with desk and office chair and 1 built-in and 1 walk-in wardrobe.
Opera house is about 5 minutes from the main gate.Within metres there are cafés,bars,restaurants,including Bar 4-6,the famous New York Café,grocery.Tram line 4-6 is running on the Avenue,providing 24h transport service 7 days a week to reach many parts and attractions around Budapest,you can get home day and night easily.Universities are close within 10 minutes.
