In the central part of the 13th district a 72 sqm apartment for rent with quality equipment, furniture and a huge 16 sqm terrace. It consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, two comfortable bedrooms (ONE IS NOT EQUIPED), a bathroom, separate toilet and a storage room.
The apartment is situated on the 1st floor of the building (there are two modern elevators), and it overlooks the Hegedűs Gyula street. The inner garden of the building is a rarity in Pest with a stream, a small lake, a playground and benches for those who want to relax.
The beautiful Danube promenade is just a 5-minute walk away: cycle paths, sports fields, playgrounds, runways, and the nearby St. Stephen's Park and Margaret Island make this area attractive.
It has excellent public transport options: near the house there is a bus stop (line 15, 115); trolley station (lines 75, 76) and metro number 3 are at five minutes walking distance.
Note: Our flats rented without bed linen and duvet (except if we have agreed differently in particular conditions).
