For your safety, the fireplace is not working anymore, it is kept as a decoration. In the staircase you also feel the special atmosphere of the former villa, which was owned by one family. Today it is a 5-apartment condominium, with a large common garden, where we set up small, paved areas. Here you can sit out to enjoy your morning coffee or spend the hot summer day working on your laptop if you are a digital nomad.
In case you prefer to rest in a quiet environment, but still have easy access to the centre, this suburb villa flat is your best choice. Parking is free in the neighbourhood.
