The apartment is primarily suitable for a young couple, two girls, or two boys moving in together.
The flat itself is located on the 3rd floor of the building, which has an area of 50 square meters and has two floors.
On the lower floor there is the kitchen, bathroom with toilet and the living room. The bedroom can be found on the upper floor.
The kitchen has cabinets, gas stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, table and chairs.
The kitchen cabinet contains all household items (kettle, dishes, plates, glasses, etc.)
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washing machine.
The living room has a sofa, table, television and wardrobe.

If necessary, the double bed can be separated into two single beds.
The bedroom also has a desk with a simple chair where you can work.
The apartment has a mini terrace in front of the main entrance where you can have a tea or smoke there.
Due to the location of the house, public transport is excellent in all directions, universities and attractions can be reached in a few minutes by metro, tram, bus or trolley.
