This flat offers a spacious 14m² balcony, complete with a motorized shade, a comfortable outdoor table and chairs. The building has a shared courtyard.
Inside, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, and freezer. The bedroom includes a generous double bed (180x200cm). The living room has a cozy sofa that can be converted into an additional bed (200x160cm). Bed linens and towels are provided. A dedicated working desk ensures a productive environment for remote work or study.
The air conditioner can be used for both cooling and heating as well as there is a district heating system.
All the equipment and amenities indicated in the description can be found and functionate perfectly.
The building has its own garage where there is an opportunity to rent a parking slot (approx. 40 EUR/month).
