The modern kitchen, which you share with other tenants, is fully equipped. The shared bathroom has a standing shower, a sink, and a toilet each. The common spaces are all cleaned monthly.
Important:
If your stay is longer than 3 months, a 2 month damage deposit will be payable. However, if your stay is less than 3 months, the deposit amount will be reduced to 1 month’s rent.
Monthly cleaning for the common spaces costs between €3-4.
As per Budapest municipality requirements, you can register in the property if you stay longer than 3 months.
HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore, exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible before the booking.
