The apartment offers a total of six rooms, with shared kitchen, shower, and toilet facilities. Located in the heart of the city center, it provides convenient access to metro line 3, just a short 2-minute walk from the nearest stop. Public transportation is easily accessible, and you'll find a variety of amenities in close proximity, including shops, restaurants, a bank, a pharmacy, and a bakery.
The shared kitchen is equipped with common facilities such as a fridge, microwave, kettle, pots and pans, cups, plates, and cutlery. For bathing, there are three showers available, with one designated for females and two for males. Additionally, separate female and male toilets are provided.
The price displayed is per person for this two-person room. Inside the room, you'll find two beds (Bunk beds, where the upper bed is intended solely for storage purposes), a desk with a chair, lockers, wardrobes.
