This centrally located apartment is perfect for up to 3 people. It features two rooms: one single and one twin room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine for your convenience. Situated near Nyugati Railway Station, it offers excellent public transportation options, including Metro M3, Tram 4-6, and multiple bus lines. The Westend Shopping Center, Margaret Island, and other popular attractions are just a short walk away.
Due to the interior design of the apartment, the tenant of the single room must go through this room to reach the bathroom, but there is a separate toilet.
All bills are included in the monthly price, except for the air conditioner.
Note: The security deposit must be paid before check-in upon signing the contract.
The minimum rental duration is three months.
